据资料〔1〕介绍,日本利用喷吹法回收中锰渣中的锰,可使终渣含锰降至5%左右,且得到含碳较低的锰铁,效益显著。上海、吉林等厂家利用摇包法处理中锰渣,锰回收率也较高,终渣含锰8%左右。我厂中锰渣含锰高达19.81%(1983年6个样的平均值),锰回收率只60%,锰矿中约有40%的锰损失于渣中。为了降低中锰渣的含锰量,1986年3—12月我们开展了喷吹硅铁、萤石粉降锰的研究工作,收到了较好的效果。一、试验方法试验用原料见表1。试验是在功率100千瓦、频率1000赫的中频感应炉中进行。在φ250
