目的调查长春市汽车产业开发区妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的发病状况,研究导致妊娠期糖尿病的相关危险因素,为临床早期识别、诊断和干预提供理论依据。方法对到一汽总医院2006年9月至2007年8月接受产前检查的孕妇857例进行临床资料收集,并于24周进行50g糖筛查(GCT),对筛查结果阳性的患者或具有GDM高危因素者行75g口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)。将调查到对象分为GDM组和正常对照组,将两组信息录入SPSS12.0进行分析。结果①本地区研究期间妊娠期糖筛查异常率为20.37%(174/854),妊娠期糖尿病的发病率为3.03%。②分析发现年龄、体重指数(BMI)及糖尿病家族史与GDM相关。结论长春市汽车产业开发区妊娠期糖尿病的发病率为3.03%,与国内文献报告的相当;BMI、糖尿病家族史、年龄为影响GDM的危险因素;加强妊娠期糖尿病筛查,特别是具有高危因素的妊娠期妇女,早期诊断、早期干预,能明显改善妊娠结局。
Objective To investigate the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in Changchun Automobile Industrial Development Zone and to study the related risk factors of gestational diabetes mellitus (DM), so as to provide a theoretical basis for early clinical diagnosis, diagnosis and intervention. Methods The clinical data of 857 pregnant women receiving prenatal examinations from September 2006 to August 2007 at FAW General Hospital were collected and 50g of sugar screening (GCT) was performed at 24 weeks. Patients with positive screening results or those with GDM risk factors were 75g oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). The subjects were divided into GDM group and normal control group, the two groups of information input SPSS12.0 for analysis. Results ① The prevalence of abnormal glucose screening during pregnancy was 20.37% (174/854) during the study period in the region. The incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus was 3.03%. ② analysis found that age, body mass index (BMI) and family history of diabetes and GDM related. Conclusion The prevalence of gestational diabetes mellitus in Changchun Automobile Industrial Development Zone is 3.03%, which is comparable with the domestic literature; BMI, family history of diabetes mellitus, and age are the risk factors of GDM; to strengthen screening of gestational diabetes mellitus, especially with high risk factors Of pregnant women, early diagnosis, early intervention, can significantly improve the pregnancy outcome.
