以聚氧化乙烯为增粘剂,研究了其分子量对聚合物泥浆粘度的影响,在此基础上,讨论了沉渣加速剂-聚合氯化铝、降滤失剂-接枝淀粉分别对泥浆含砂率及滤失量的影响。结果表明,以分子量800万的聚氧化乙烯为主要增粘组分,可制备出粘度高且稳定性强的聚合物泥浆,以聚合氯化铝为沉渣加速剂可使泥浆的循环使用次数增加至8次,以接枝淀粉为降滤失剂可使聚合物泥浆的滤失量降至50mL,这种改性的聚合物泥浆可以满足丹霞地貌对聚合物泥浆的施工要求。
The influence of the molecular weight on the viscosity of polymer slurries was studied with polyethylene oxide as a thickener. The results showed that the polymer slurry with high viscosity and high stability can be prepared by using polyethylene oxide with a molecular weight of 8 million as the main thickening component. The use of PAC as the slag accelerator can increase the number of recycled mud 8 times, using grafted starch as filtrate reducer can reduce the filtrate loss of polymer mud to 50mL. This modified polymer slurry can meet the construction requirements of polymer mud in Danxia landform.
