古有诸子百家争鸣,从思想的南辕北辙到融合,从文化的碰撞到对其精华的提取,华夏文化自古就随着时代的变迁而演化。时至今日,中华文化已不仅弥补了自身的不足,从丝绸之路流入的外来文化也无疑成为我们文化发展的源泉。随着我国经济和科学教育水平的不断提高,社会各个领域对人们的文化素质提出了更高的要求,拥有过高的专业知识成为每位员工拥有的最基本技能。中等旅游职业技术学院作为教育体系中不可忽略的主体之一,对我国科学技术水平以及企业的发展具有极大作用。近些年来,经济全球化的进程日益增大,人类已经进入了全新的经济时代,该时期不同类型的企业拔地而起,旅游企业也不例外,在竞争日益激烈的舞台中展现着各自的风采。然而,企业之间的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,而现代企业的竞争同时也是人力资源的比拼,因为由知识资本决定的人力资源是一个企业的核心能力,它与企业的发展息息相关。在此情况下,实现中职院校与企业的大力合作、找到适合中国企业发展的人力资源管理模式、建立具有中国特色的人力资源管理模式成为当代企业发展需要完成的首要任务。这篇文章将根据我多年的工作经验对此类话题展开讨论,希望能为我国旅游业的进一步发展带来帮助。
There are hundreds of schools of thought contending with the ancient philosophers. From the confrontation of the ideologies to the integration, from the cultural collision to the extraction of its essence, the Chinese culture has evolved with the changes of times. Up to now, Chinese culture has not only made up for its own shortcomings, but also the foreign cultures infiltrated from the Silk Road undoubtedly become the source of our cultural development. With the continuous improvement of our economy and science education levels, we have put forward higher requirements on people’s cultural quality in all fields of society. Having too high professional knowledge has become the most basic skill that every employee possesses. As one of the main subjects that can not be neglected in the education system, the Medium Tourism Vocational and Technical College plays an important role in the level of science and technology in our country and the development of enterprises. In recent years, the process of economic globalization has been progressively increasing. Mankind has entered a completely new economic era. Different types of enterprises are starting to rise up here. Tourism enterprises are no exception. They show their respective roles in an increasingly competitive stage Style. However, the competition between enterprises is, in the final analysis, the competition of talents. The competition of modern enterprises is also the competition of human resources at the same time. Because the human resources determined by the intellectual capital are the core competence of an enterprise, it is closely related to the development of enterprises. Under such circumstances, it is the most important task for the development of contemporary enterprises to realize the strong cooperation between secondary vocational schools and enterprises and to find the human resources management mode suitable for the development of Chinese enterprises. Establishing the human resources management mode with Chinese characteristics has become the primary task to be accomplished in the development of contemporary enterprises. This article will be based on my many years of work experience to discuss such topics, hoping to help further the development of tourism in our country.
