目的:研究螺纹桩树脂核冠修复和纤维增强树脂桩核修复在磨牙残根残冠修复中的治疗效果。方法:将残根残冠患者45例共70颗患牙随机分为两组,34颗进行螺纹桩树脂核冠修复(A组),36颗进行纤维增强树脂桩核修复(B组),治疗后对70颗残根进行1年随访。结果:A组有23颗使用良好,B组33颗使用良好,两组的治疗成功率分别为67.6%和91.7%,B组明显高于A组。结论:纤维增强树脂桩核是临床最理想的桩核材料,其产生的弹性模量与原有牙本质功能相似,临床疗效显著,值得推广。
OBJECTIVE: To study the therapeutic effect of screw core resin crown restoration and fiber reinforced resin post core restoration in the residual crown repair of molars. Methods: A total of 70 teeth of 45 patients with residual residual crown were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty-four patients underwent screw crown restoration (group A) and 36 received fiber reinforced resin post-core reconstruction (group B) After the 70 remaining roots for 1 year follow-up. Results: 23 cases were used well in group A and 33 cases in group B were well used. The success rates of treatment in the two groups were 67.6% and 91.7% respectively, which were significantly higher in group B than in group A. CONCLUSION: Fiber reinforced resin post core is the most ideal post core material, and its elastic modulus is similar to that of the original dentin. The clinical effect is significant and worthy of promotion.
