1983年11月我厂向日本NTN东洋轴承公司引进电机球轴承生产自动线,要求生产的轴承均为带密封圈的向心球轴承,代表型号为180205型(简称205型)和180309型;(简称309型)产量为每年200万套;生产节拍:对205型为9.5秒、对309型为16秒;轴承精度要达到100％E级,其中有70％为D级;轴承振动值达到行业标准Z_3组即205型不大于41dB、309型不大于48dB(转速1800r/min);产品质量按ISO2859抽样法进行控制,可接受的
