我厂生产的微型钢球,由于工艺装备和设备精度所限,球坯的磨削留量很大,以现有生产的(?)1毫米钢球为例,其磨削留量为1.25毫米.在生产过程中,生产设备台时增加;磨盘耗用数量大;辅料消耗多;原材料浪费等.尤其是当磨削留量大时,需要长时间磨削,在软磨工序会造成质量上的缺陷,而影响生产计划的完成.因此,减少软磨工序的磨削留量,提高生产效率,是目前我厂急待解决的问题.
