黔东革命根据地是云贵少数民族地区诞生的第一个革命根据地。《关于苗族问题决议》的制定及实施,有深刻的历史背景,意义重大。由此,也进一步揭示了黔东革命根据地的创建原因及其重要作用和地位。
Qiandong Revolutionary Base is the first revolutionary base area of Yunnan-Guizhou ethnic minority areas. The formulation and implementation of the resolution on the Miao issue have profound historical background and are of great significance. Thus, it also further reveals the creation of Qiandong revolutionary base and its important role and position.
