社会的流行思想对大部分人的审美牵制是有效的,而社会流行思想又取决于统治阶级的喜好需要,这是不容置疑的粗略计算,20世纪以来的中国绘画状态,也是大致上符合这一需求变化的。同时经济的飞速发展所带来的工业化生活空间是构成一些列思潮变化的基础,中国近现代的绘画在这一环境中大致经历了由近代到现代的转型、中西融合的两大变化。
