自中央《建立健全惩治和预防腐败体系2008-2012年工作规划》(以下简称《工作规划》)颁布以来,中央民族干部学院按照中央的有关精神和《国家民委建立健全惩治和预防腐败体系2008-2012年实施办法》(以下简称《实施办法》)的要求,加强领导,狠抓落实,着力从宣传教育、制度机制建设、监督惩治等方面下功夫,经过5年的努力,建立了符合自身实际的惩防体系基本框架,初步建立了拒腐防变教育长效机制,健全完善了反腐倡廉的规章制度,基本形成了权力运行的有效机制,开创了党风廉政建设的新局面,为学院的各项建设和发展提供了有力的保障。
