本文对不同的热处理制度下TC18的显微组织和力学性能进行了分析。结果表明;随着等温退火温度的升高,等轴α相不断长大,等轴α相数量增加,针状α相含量逐渐减少;强度不断降低,塑性变化不大。另外,双重退火的强度明显高于与等温退火,塑性变化不大。
In this paper, the microstructure and mechanical properties of TC18 under different heat treatment systems were analyzed. The results show that as the isothermal annealing temperature increases, the equiaxed alpha phase grows continuously and the number of the equiaxed alpha phase increases. The content of the acicular alpha phase decreases; the strength decreases and the plasticity does not change much. In addition, the strength of the double annealing was significantly higher than that of the isothermal annealing, the plasticity changed little.
