文章以正硅酸乙酯 (TEOS)、三氯化铁为原料 ,采用溶胶 -凝胶 (Sol-Gel)工艺 ,制备出均质透明的非晶态 F e2 O3-Si O2杂化材料。研究溶胶 -凝胶体系电化学性能 ,探讨 Fe2 O3-Si O2 杂化材料的杂化机理 ,并对该材料的结构和性能分别进行表征和测试。该材料具有优良的光谱选择性吸收性能 ,可作为光热转换材料。
In this paper, homogeneous and transparent amorphous F e2 O3-Si O2 hybrid materials were prepared by sol-gel process using TEOS and FeCl3 as raw materials. The electrochemical performance of the sol-gel system was investigated. The hybridization mechanism of Fe2O3-Si O2 hybrid materials was discussed. The structure and properties of the materials were characterized and tested respectively. The material has excellent spectral selectivity of absorption, can be used as photothermal conversion material.
