“Son of Sol” refers to philosophical categories such as death and religion. The director, guided by the methodology of existential outlook on history, is looking for rabbi, burying his son as narrative driving force, and sacrificing his death by faith. Through the dual theoretical interpretation of Judaism and psycho-phenomenology, Sol’s reasoning for the spiritual beliefs of himself and his son “naming ” is another ethical entrance to the reflection of Nazi sins and liquidation “Negative Historical Memory ” .
