内痔是肛肠科常见多发病,本人自1984年8月以来,采用内痔套扎法并注射疗法治疗内痔229例,取得了较好的疗效。此法手术时间短,安全无副作用,不需住院治疗,患者乐于接受,现介绍如下。一、一般资料229例中男167例,女62例,年龄最小4岁,最大81岁,其中环形内痔116例(需2～3次套扎),单发内痔63例,混合痔48例,直肠息肉2例,病程半年至20年。疗效标准:术后1年内无出血,无脱出者为痊愈。结果随访100例86例痊愈。 Internal hemorrhoids is anorectal common disease, since August 1984, I use hemorrhoids ligation and injection therapy for internal hemorrhoids in 229 cases, and achieved good results.
