PCCP管作为近些年来发展起来的一种新型管道材料,得到广泛应用,但理论研究落后于工程实践。当PCCP管正常运行时,后期在管顶可能会有局部超载,并将引起管道的不均匀沉降。本文通过Plaxis 3D Tunnel有限元软件建立三维有限元模型这种情况进行了参数分析,主要考虑了超载大小、土性、管道刚度、接口连接刚度、碎石垫层厚度等参数的变化对管道差异沉降的影响。最后基于得出分析所得出的认识结论,对PCCP管工程实践提出了若干建议。
