利用自行设计的电磁搅拌装置 ,制备ZA2 7合金半固态浆料 ,研究了在等温搅拌制度下 ,温度、磁感应强度、搅拌时间对合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明 :磁感应强度大、等温范围为 470~ 480℃、搅拌 7 5~ 15min ,ZA2 7合金的组织和性能较佳。
ZA2 7 alloy semi-solid slurry was prepared by self-designed electromagnetic stirring device. The effects of temperature, magnetic induction and stirring time on microstructure and properties of the alloy were studied under isothermal mixing. The results show that the microstructure and properties of ZA2 7 alloy are better than those of ZA2 7 alloy with large magnetic induction and isothermal range of 470-480 ℃ and stirring time of 7.5-5 min.
