认真保养腿部对于腰以下的部位,定期清理老废角质有着极其重要的作用。因为这样可以让腿部的皮肤焕发光彩(像鳄鱼皮一样粗糙的腿是相当不雅观的)。但是要小心不要太勤,或者太用劲。对于油性皮肤,一周坚持去角质2~3次;而敏感性的肌肤,一周一次就足够了。
