自1999年西部大开发战略实施以来,新疆的经济增长成绩十分显著,尤其是从2003年开始经济以两位数增长。在此过程中,除了市场经济体制作用因素外,基础设施投资政策在经济增长中起到了至关重要的作用。研究基础设施投资在经济增长中的作用有助于政府制定适合新疆实际情况的基础设施投资政策,从而推动经济增长、缩小东西部地区之间的经济差距。在此,文章就相关数据,对新疆基础设施投资总量变化与投资结构进行了实证分析,着重分析了新疆基础设施投资对其经济增长的影响。
Since the implementation of the western development strategy in 1999, the economic growth in Xinjiang has shown remarkable achievements. In particular, the economy has enjoyed double-digit growth since 2003. In this process, in addition to the factor of market economy system, the infrastructure investment policy plays a crucial role in economic growth. Studying the role of infrastructure investment in economic growth will help the government to formulate an infrastructure investment policy that suits the actual situation in Xinjiang, thus promoting economic growth and narrowing the economic disparity between the eastern and western regions. In this paper, the article on the relevant data, the total investment in infrastructure in Xinjiang changes and investment structure empirical analysis, focusing on the analysis of the impact of infrastructure investment in Xinjiang on its economic growth.
