对漏电导致阴极保护绝缘接头内腐蚀失效问题,建立了绝缘接头有限元计算模型,开展了绝缘接头漏电电流密度大小与分布数值计算,并讨论了管道绝缘接头两侧电位差,输送介质电阻率和绝缘接头内涂层缺陷对绝缘接头漏电电流密度大小与分布的影响规律.模拟计算结果与油田现场失效绝缘接头内腐蚀现象一致,并给出了相应的防护建议.
For the problem of corrosion failure caused by leakage in the cathodic protection insulation joint, a finite element calculation model of the insulation joint was established and the numerical calculation of the leakage current density and distribution of the insulation joint was carried out. The potential difference between the two sides of the pipeline insulation joint, The influence of coating defects on the size and distribution of leakage current density in insulating joints was simulated.The simulation results were consistent with the corrosion phenomena in field joints of oilfields and the corresponding protection suggestions were given.
