目的:利用蛋白质组学质谱分析技术寻找出Ph阳性急性淋巴细胞白血病(Ph+ALL)患者发生中枢神经系统白血病(CNSL)早期的脑脊液诊断标志物。方法:分别收集16例CNSL患者和18例病毒性脑膜炎患者,在治疗前、治疗后、疾病缓解期3个不同的时期收集样本并进行相应的处理。结果:脑膜炎组和CNSL组在治疗开始前的数据中有11个蛋白质峰有明显的差异;CNSL组治疗开始前和病情缓解期两个时期有4个蛋白质峰有非常大的差异。结论:使用蛋白质组学质谱分析技术能够快速找到Ph+ALL患者发生CNSL早期的脑脊液诊断标志物。
OBJECTIVE: To identify early cerebrospinal fluid diagnostic markers of central nervous system leukemia (CNSL) in patients with Ph-ALL acute leukemia (Ph + ALL) using proteomics mass spectrometry. Methods: Twenty-six patients with CNSL and 18 patients with viral meningitis were collected, and the samples were collected before treatment, after treatment and during the remission of disease. RESULTS: Eleven protein peaks in the meningitis group and CNSL group were significantly different from those in the CNSL group. Four protein peaks were significantly different between the CNSL group before treatment and during the remission period. CONCLUSIONS: The use of proteomics mass spectrometry techniques to rapidly locate early cerebrospinal fluid diagnostic markers of CNSL in patients with Ph + ALL.
