目的:分析扁桃腺术后出血的护理重点。方法:选取选取2013年3月至2015年12月梧州市工人医院收治的32例扁桃腺术后出血患者,给予本组患者针对性护理,分析护理效果,调查满意度。结果:经积极治疗与悉心护理,本组全部患者未发生再次出血,无出血性休克患者,均痊愈出院,本组患者对护理工作满意度为93.75%。结论:重视扁桃腺术后出血患者的护理工作,给予具有针对性的悉心护理,能够提高治疗效率,促进患者恢复。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the key points of postoperative tonsillitis bleeding. Methods: Thirty-two patients with postoperative tonsil bleeding who were admitted to Wuzhou Workers’ Hospital from March 2013 to December 2015 were selected to give targeted care in this group. The nursing effect was analyzed and the satisfaction was surveyed. Results: After active treatment and meticulous care, all patients in this group did not have rebleeding and no hemorrhagic shock patients were discharged. The satisfaction degree of nursing care in this group was 93.75%. Conclusion: It is important to pay attention to the care of patients with postoperative tonsillar tonsillitis, and to provide targeted and careful nursing, which can improve the treatment efficiency and promote the recovery of patients.
