采用文献资料法、比较法、逻辑分析法等研究方法及运用组织社会学新制度主义理论对我国体育院校综合化发展现状及动因进行研究。目前,体育院校综合化发展主要有如下表现:设置非体育类专业,扩大办学规模;拓展学科门类,学科交叉融合日益显著;提高人才培养层次,积极开展科学研究等。体育院校综合化发展的动因在于寻求合法性机制,动力机制有3个,即强迫性机制、模仿机制及社会规范机制。
This paper studies the status quo and motivation of the comprehensive development of PE institutes and universities in China by using the research methods such as literature review, comparative law and logical analysis, and using the theory of organizational institutionalism and new institutionalism. At present, the comprehensive development of PE institutes mainly includes the following aspects: setting non-sports majors and expanding the scale of running schools; developing disciplinary categories with increasingly significant interdisciplinary integration; raising the level of personnel training and actively carrying out scientific research. The motive force for the comprehensive development of PE institute lies in that it seeks legitimacy mechanism with three motivation mechanisms, that is, coercive mechanism, imitation mechanism and social normative mechanism.
