比较了AB-8、X-5、NKA、NKA-2、S-85种大孔树脂对萌发糙米多酚的吸附和解吸性能,结果表明,AB-8树脂具有较好的吸附性能和解吸效果;确定了AB-8树脂分离萌发糙米多酚的适宜操作条件为:上柱料液浓度为0.4716mg/mL,流速为2.0mL/min,以蒸馏水和浓度为70%乙醇进行洗脱,解吸速率为2.0mL/min,得到萌发糙米多酚纯度为63.25%。AB-8树脂可用于萌发糙米多酚的分离纯化。
The adsorption and desorption properties of germicidal brown rice polyphenols from AB-8, X-5, NKA, NKA-2 and S-85 macroporous resins were compared. The results showed that AB-8 resin had better adsorption and desorption The optimum operating conditions for the separation of germinated brown rice polyphenols from AB-8 resin were determined as follows: the concentration of the upper column liquid was 0.4716mg / mL, the flow rate was 2.0mL / min, the elution was carried out with distilled water and 70% ethanol, the desorption rate 2.0mL / min, the germination of brown rice polyphenols purity of 63.25%. AB-8 resin can be used for the separation and purification of germinated brown rice polyphenols.
