本文讨论了在光纤速度干涉仪中,光源频率漂移对测量精度的影响,认为当被测物体速度变化较大时,光源可以不采取稳频措施。这对于要求大功率光源的漫反射表面速度变化的测量极为有利。
In this paper, we discuss the influence of light source frequency drift on the measurement accuracy in the fiber speed interferometer. It is considered that the light source may not take frequency stabilization measures when the measured object velocity changes a lot. This is extremely advantageous for the measurement of the change in the speed of the diffuse surface requiring a high-power light source.
