以乙二胺为交联剂,硝酸铈铵为引发剂,采用玉米淀粉与两种不同单体(丙烯酸甲酯和醋酸乙烯酯)接枝合成了交联型丙烯酸甲酯/醋酸乙烯酯接枝淀粉。在一定单体用量及单体配比的条件下探讨了引发剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对淀粉-丙烯酸甲酯-醋酸乙烯酯接枝共聚反应的影响,得到较佳实验条件。结果表明,在m(单体)∶m(淀粉)=2:1,m(MA)∶m(VAc)=1∶1,引发剂浓度为5.0×10-3 mol/L,反应温度为40℃,反应时间为2.5h的条件下,得到了接枝效率为47.3%和接枝率为96.4%的淀粉接枝共聚物。采用IR、NMR、XRD和DSC对产物进行了结构表征。
Using ethylenediamine as cross-linking agent and ammonium cerium nitrate as initiator, the cross-linked methyl acrylate / vinyl acetate grafts were prepared by grafting corn starch with two different monomers (methyl acrylate and vinyl acetate) starch. The effect of initiator amount, reaction temperature and reaction time on the graft copolymerization of starch - methyl acrylate - vinyl acetate was discussed under the conditions of monomer amount and monomer proportion. The optimum experimental conditions were obtained. The results showed that when the molar ratio of m (monomer) to starch was 2: 1, m (MA): m (VAc) was 1:1, the initiator concentration was 5.0 × 10-3 mol / L and the reaction temperature was 40 ℃, the reaction time is 2.5h, the graft copolymer has a graft efficiency of 47.3% and a graft ratio of 96.4%. The products were characterized by IR, NMR, XRD and DSC.
