在维也纳召开的第九届国际混凝土和预制构件工业会议上,提出了正在研究并有发展前途的四种混凝土新材料:玻璃纤维混凝土、聚苯乙烯混凝土、彩色混凝土和和聚丙烯纤维混凝土。 1、玻璃纤维混凝土 玻璃纤维混凝土是一种用玻璃纤维加筋的细混凝土。有两种做法:一种是把玻璃纤维松散拌入水泥砂浆中;另一种是用玻璃纤维束在混凝土中加筋;前种方法加工方便应用较广。 玻璃纤维混凝土的优点是弹性模量大、抗冲击、抗弯、抗震性能好、结构重量轻、并有良好的加工性、致密性、耐腐蚀、耐大气性和优越的表面质量。英国在1968年研制出含有氧化锆的抗碱玻璃纤维后,从而解决了玻璃纤维在水泥砂浆中的应用问题,纤维长度应与直径成一定的比例,一般为10~50毫米,
At the 9th International Conference on Concrete and Prefabricated Components held in Vienna, four new concrete materials that are under study and have promising development are proposed: glass fiber concrete, polystyrene concrete, colored concrete and polypropylene fiber concrete. 1. Glass fiber reinforced concrete Fiberglass concrete is a type of fine concrete reinforced with glass fibers. There are two ways: one is to loosely mix glass fiber into the cement mortar; the other is to use glass fiber bundles to reinforce the concrete; the former method is convenient for application. Glass fiber reinforced concrete has the advantages of large elastic modulus, impact resistance, bending resistance, good seismic performance, light weight structure, good processability, compactness, corrosion resistance, atmospheric resistance, and superior surface quality. After the British developed zirconia-containing alkali-resistant glass fiber in 1968, it solved the problem of the application of glass fiber in cement mortar. The length of the fiber should be in proportion to the diameter, generally 10 to 50 mm.
