本试验采用单因素试验研究不同pH值对葡萄皮渣发酵制有机肥过程中的腐殖酸、速效氮以及速效磷含量的影响。结果表明:接种pH值为4.5和5.5的物料培养基中,腐殖酸的含量最高;在接种pH值为6.0的物料培养基中,全氮含量最高;在接种pH值为4.5的物料培养基中,全磷含量最高;综合来讲,pH值为4.5为发酵有机肥料的最佳pH值。
In this experiment, single factor experiments were conducted to study the effects of different pH values on the contents of humic acid, available nitrogen and available phosphorus in grapefruit fermentation by organic fertilizer. The results showed that the content of humic acid was the highest in the medium with pH values 4.5 and 5.5. The highest content of total nitrogen was observed in the medium with the pH value of 6.0. When inoculated with material medium with pH value of 4.5 , The highest content of total phosphorus; in general, the pH value of 4.5 for the optimum pH value of fermented organic fertilizer.
