随着我国经济的持续、健康发展和教育体制不断深入的改革,我国的高等教育逐步由“精英化”向“大众化”过渡,每年毕业的大学生人数递增,大学生就业困难的问题日益凸显,已经成为目前社会各界关注的焦点问题之一。如何认识大学生就业困难产生的原因,并采取行之有效的措施予以解决,是摆在高校毕业生就业指导工作者面前的紧迫任务。大学毕业生包括不同层次、不同专业的毕业生,因此,大学毕业生就业困难的原因就各有不同,本文着重从“共性”和“个性”两个角度分析了高职院校毕业生就业困难的原因,并提出了相应的指导对策。
