用免疫组织化学ABC法对7例正常皮肤,35例增生性瘢痕组织的石蜡切片作FN标记。发现瘢痕组织中表皮细胞、纤维细胞、成纤维细胞、组织细胞、胶原纤维、网状纤维,FN呈阳性,染色较深。其产生的分泌均比正常皮肤明显增加。因此说明FN与创伤愈合、瘢痕形成及挛缩有着一定的相关关系,并参与瘢痕的发生与发展。
Seven cases of normal skin and 35 cases of hyperplastic scar tissue were stained with FN by immunohistochemical ABC method. Found in the scar tissue epidermal cells, fibrocytes, fibroblasts, tissue cells, collagen fibers, reticular fibers, FN positive staining. The resulting secretion was significantly higher than normal skin. Therefore, there is a certain correlation between FN and wound healing, scar formation and contracture, and it participates in the occurrence and development of scars.
