为提高冷轧带钢六辊轧机辊系的稳定性,目前常采用轧辊偏移方法.本文通过ABAQUS有限元软件建立辊系-轧件一体化耦合模型,对不同轧辊偏移辊系进行受力分析,揭示了不同轧辊偏移条件对六辊轧机板形调控特性的影响规律.结果表明,中间辊正向偏移轧制时,工作辊弯辊力对二次凸度调控功效最好,对四次凸度影响较大;在四种偏移方式条件下,中间辊弯辊力在0~300 k N范围内对带钢二、四次凸度调控功效基本相同;中间辊正向偏移轧制时,中间辊弯辊力在300~500 k N范围内对带钢二次凸度调控功效最好;工作辊正向偏移轧制时,中间辊弯辊力对四次凸度影响较大;不同轧辊偏移条件下中间辊窜辊对带钢二次凸度调控趋势基本相同,且负窜辊对二次凸度的调控功效优于正窜辊,工作辊正、反向偏移轧制条件下中间辊窜辊对四次凸度影响较大.
In order to improve the stability of the roll system of the six-high rolling mill, the roll offset method is often used.In this paper, the ABAQUS finite element software is used to establish the coupled model of the roll system and the rolling system, The influence of different roll offset conditions on the shape control characteristics of six-high mill is revealed and analyzed.The results show that the roll bending force of the work roll has the best effect on the secondary convexity when the intermediate roll is in forward-offset rolling, The fourth-order convexity is greatly affected. Under the four kinds of offsetting modes, the effect of middle-roll bending force on the second-and fourth-order crowning of the strip in the range of 0-300 kN is basically the same. During rolling, the effect of secondary roll crowning on the strip steel is best in the range of 300-500 kN for the roll bending force of the intermediate roll; the influence of the roll bending force of the intermediate roll on the fourth degree crowning And the secondary crown of the middle roll is basically the same under the condition of different roll offset, and the regulation effect of secondary roll crown on the negative crowning roll is better than that of the positive roll-out roll, the positive and negative roll of the work roll Under the condition of rolling, the intermediate roll shifting has a greater influence on the fourth degree crown.
