循证医学在康复临床教学中的应用效果分析

目的:探讨在教学医院采用循证医学教学模式对临床康复进行教学的效果。方法:选取2013~2015年期间在深圳市第二人民医院康复医学科进行实习的两批专科生74名,按年级设置为实验组和对照组分别采用循证教学和传统教学。对实验组通过实习前后比较问卷调查,分析学生对待循证医学教学模式的态度;对两组分别通过理论考试、病例分析和临床技能考核成绩等指标来比较两种教学效果。结果:理论卷面考试实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);病例分析和临床技能考核成绩,实验组也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示对于学习习惯培养、实践技能训练等方面循证医学教学模式更适合临床课程教学。结论:循证医学教学模式可提高学生自学能力,增强学生临床实践能力,教学效果优于传统教学方法,弥补传统康复治疗技术专科教育缺陷。 Objective: To explore the effect of using evidence-based medicine teaching model to teaching clinical rehabilitation in teaching hospitals. Methods: Totally 74 students from two batches of junior college students who were internship in Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Second People’s Hospital of Shenzhen City from 2013 to 2015 were selected as experimental group and control group according to their grade, and used evidence-based teaching and traditional teaching respectively. The experimental group compared the questionnaire survey before and after the internship to analyze the attitude of the students to the evidence-based medical teaching mode. The two groups compared the two kinds of teaching effectiveness through theoretical examination, case analysis and clinical skills test scores respectively. Results: The experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). The results of case analysis and clinical skills test were also significantly better in the experimental group than in the control group (P <0.05). The questionnaire survey shows that the evidence-based medicine teaching model is more suitable for clinical course teaching for training habits and practice skills training. Conclusion: The evidence-based medicine teaching model can improve the self-learning ability of students and enhance their ability of clinical practice. The teaching effect is better than the traditional teaching methods to make up for the shortcomings of traditional rehabilitation therapy education.
