以双甘氨肽(Gly-Gly)为模板分子、丙烯酰胺为单体、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,采用乳液聚合法制备了双甘氨肽分子印迹聚合物微球(Gly-Gly-MIPMs),讨论了水相制备条件对其平均粒径及粒径分布的影响及聚合物微球的吸附特性.较优的制备工艺条件为:乳化剂Tween-80与Span-80质量比3:1,用量为单体用量的5%,引发剂用量为单体用量的1.1%,反应温度45℃,搅拌速率450r/min.合成的Gly-Gly-MIPMs呈单分散性,平均粒径约100nm;印迹聚合物对双甘氨肽分子表现出较好的特异性吸附,其含有2类不同的结合位点,印迹因子高达2.18.
In this study, glycidyl peptide molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres were prepared by emulsion polymerization using glycylglycine (Gly-Gly) as template, acrylamide as monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinking agent Gly-Gly-MIPMs), the influence of aqueous preparation conditions on the average particle size and particle size distribution and the adsorption properties of polymer microspheres were discussed.The optimum preparation conditions were as follows: emulsifier Tween-80 and Span-80 Gly-Gly-MIPMs were monodispersed with the mass ratio of 3: 1, the amount of monomer used was 5%, the amount of initiator was 1.1% of the monomer, the reaction temperature was 45 ℃ and the stirring rate was 450r / The particle size was about 100 nm. The imprinted polymer showed good specific adsorption to the glycylglycine molecule, which contained two kinds of different binding sites and the imprinting factor was as high as 2.18.
