各位代表,各位同志: 中央人民政府教育部和中華全國總工會聯合召開這次全國工農教育會議,目的是要根據人民政協共同綱領的規定,並依據當前國家的情况,來討論應該採用什麽實施的方針和步驟,有計劃地“加强勞動者的業餘教育和在職幹部教育”,提高勞動人民的文化水平,培養和提高工農出身的國家建設人才。我們的會議根據了這種精神,經過兩天預備會,四天分組會議和兩天大會,已經對工農教育的任務、方针和具體辦法作了相當詳細深入的討論,並達到原則上的一致,今天下午的大會就可以作出决定。現在我想就下列問題提出幾點意見供同志們參考。 Dear Delegates, Comrades: The Ministry of Education of the Central People’s Government and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions jointly convened the National Conference on Agriculture and Peasants Education with the purpose of discussing what should be done in accordance with the provisions of the Common Program of the CPPCC and current conditions in the country And steps to systematically “strengthen the education of laborers in their spare time and on-the-job cadres”, raise the educational level of the working people, and train and improve the national construction personnel who are from the workers and peasants. Based on this spirit, our two-day preparatory meeting, the four-day breakout meeting and the two-day general meeting have given a very detailed and in-depth discussion on the tasks, guidelines and specific measures for worker-peasant education and have reached a consensus in principle. This afternoon’s general assembly can make a decision. Now I would like to make a few comments on the following issues for comrades to refer to.
