ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)接受直接经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)能取得相当高的心外膜再灌注率;但是常因动脉粥样硬化血栓颗粒所致远端栓塞而使心肌再灌注欠佳。本研究评价了在PCI术时捕获栓子颗粒是否可改善心肌再灌注。在此项多中心、前瞻性、随机对照研究中,100例经冠状动脉造影证实有血栓栓塞的STEM I患者被随机分配至使用FilterWire EZ滤网导丝保护系统行PCI组(n=51)或使用普通导丝行PCI的对照组(n=49)。在FilterWire EZ组84%的患者中,FilterWire EZ成功地通过了病变部位。主要有效性终点
