目的比较不同抗焦虑天然药物中桃叶珊瑚苷的含量,为抗焦虑天然药物的开发与应用提供实验依据。方法采用甲醇闪式提取方法对地黄、栀子、车前草、蜘蛛香及大王、密穗、头花、管花马先蒿等8种抗焦虑药物进行提取,利用高效液相色谱法分别对提取物中所含主要活性成分桃叶珊瑚苷进行定量研究。色谱条件为ZORBX-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水溶液(5∶95);检测波长203nm;流速1ml/min;柱温25℃;进样量10μl。结果桃叶珊瑚苷线性范围为3.75~300.00μg/ml,加样回收率为98.67%,RSD为1.97%;地黄、栀子、车前草、蜘蛛香及大王、密穗、头花、管花马先蒿等8种天然药物中桃叶珊瑚苷的含量分布为0.016%、0.615%、0.060%、0.006%、0.097%、0.845%、0.677%、0.947%。结论管花、密穗、栀子、头花等药物中桃叶珊瑚苷含量较高,而地黄、蜘蛛香等药物桃叶珊瑚苷的含量较低,其成分含量有一定差异。闪式提取法可高效、快速提取环烯醚萜等成分。

Conclusions The content of aucubin in tube flowers, dense spikes, gardenia, head flowers and other drugs is higher, while the content of aucubin in Rehmannia glutinosa, spider incense and other drugs is lower, and the content of aucubin is somewhat different. Flash extraction method can be efficient and rapid extraction of iridoid and other ingredients.
