为贯彻水电部把水利水电基建深化改革的精神,贯彻水电部今年先后召开的“水利水电基建工程质量(基建)处长会议”和“全国水利基建经验交流会议”的精神,总结一年来我省水利基建改革经验和存在问题,研究1988年度水利基建工程深化改革,并结合我省的实际情况,研究进一步加强我省水利水电基本建设质量管理,开展创优评优活动,广东省水电厅于1987年12月25日至28日在电白县召开省水利水电基建工作会议,参加会议的有各市、地水电局(处)长、市地直属施工单位负责人,1988年度基建工程重点项目和江河整治的珠江三角洲五大坝围和韩江下游堤围加固工程的县、市水电局或建设单位负责人以及厅属施工单位、厅有关人员共96人。
In order to implement the spirit of the Ministry of Water Resources for deepening the reform of infrastructure for water conservancy and hydropower, and implementing the spirit of the “Water Quality and Hydropower Infrastructure Project (Infrastructure) Commissioner Meeting” and the “National Water Conservancy Infrastructure Construction Experience Exchange Conference” held by the Ministry of Water Resources this year, we have summarized the past year to our province. Water conservancy infrastructure reform experience and existing problems, research 1988 water conservancy infrastructure project deepening reform, and combined with the actual situation in our province, research and further strengthen the province’s water conservancy and hydropower infrastructure construction quality management, carry out excellence evaluation activities, Guangdong Provincial Department of Hydropower in 1987 From December 25th to 28th, the provincial water conservancy and hydropower infrastructure construction meeting was held in Dianbai County. The participants of the conference included municipal and local hydropower bureau chiefs, heads of construction units directly under the city and land, key projects for infrastructure construction in 1988, and rivers and rivers. There are a total of 96 persons involved in the rectification of the five dams surrounding the Pearl River Delta and the reinforcement works of the Hanjiang River’s downstream dyke, the hydropower bureaus of the counties and cities, or the heads of construction units, and construction agencies and offices of the departments.
