采用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混法,加入有机蒙脱土(OMMT)和增塑剂对聚乳酸(PLA)进行有机改性,制备聚乳酸/有机蒙脱土(PLA/OMMT)纳米级苹果套袋原料,并采用高速挤出机吹塑制膜,研究其制作工艺参数。结果表明:吹膜工艺参数为挤出机螺杆转速900r/min,吹胀比为2,牵引速率为5.5m/min,复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率达到32MPa和150.8%;制袋参数为热封温度155℃、热封压力500P、热封时间1s,可生产出绿色环保的苹果套袋,能够取代聚乙烯苹果套袋,实现生态农业生产。
The PLA / OMMT nanoscale apple was prepared by melt blending with twin-screw extruder and organic montmorillonite (OMMT) and plasticizer to modify polylactic acid (PLA) Bagging raw materials, and the use of high-speed blow molding blown film, the study of its production process parameters.
