采用图像细胞分析技术对23例膀胱组织及10例正常对照、8例尿脱落癌细胞及6例正常组织进行形态计量和脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)含量测量,以探索建立膀胱肿瘤的计算机诊断系统。结果表明:DNA含量及多数形态参数在良恶性细胞间有显著差异,并在区分良恶性细胞和反映细胞恶性程度方面具有很好的代表性和稳定性,经统计学处理,建立了尿脱落细胞形态计量和ASh4级分级膀胱癌形态计量判别函数,初步建成了膀胱癌计算机早期诊断系统。
23 cases of bladder tissue and 10 normal controls, 8 cases of urine cancerous cells and 6 cases of normal tissues were taken for morphometric measurement and DNA content measurement by imaging cell analysis technique to explore the computerized diagnosis system of bladder tumor. The results showed that DNA content and the majority of morphological parameters were significantly different between benign and malignant cells and had good representativeness and stability in differentiating benign and malignant cells and reflecting the malignant degree of cells. Through statistical analysis, established urine exfoliated cells Morphometry and ASh4 graded bladder cancer morphometry discrimination function, the initial establishment of a computerized early diagnosis of bladder cancer system.
