为了研制带有可变喷油正时的斜槽式喷油泵,建立了优化柴油机工作过程的单目标函数的非线性规划数学模型,并应用序列加权因子(SWIFT)法进行了求解.对SKL 8NVD-36A型中速四冲程增压柴油机分别按照负荷特性和推进特性进行计算,设计出两种具有特殊线型头部的喷油泵柱塞.经试验证实,这种新型喷油泵在部分负荷下,可使有效耗油率下降1.5~2.5%.
In order to develop a chute injection pump with variable fuel injection timing, a nonlinear programming mathematical model of single objective function to optimize the working process of diesel engine is established and solved by using the sequence weighting factor (SWIFT) -36A medium-speed four-stroke turbocharged diesel engine were calculated according to the load characteristics and propulsion characteristics respectively, and two kinds of fuel injection pump plungers with special linear heads were designed.It was proved through experiments that under the partial load, Can effectively reduce fuel consumption 1.5 ~ 2.5%.
