通过对某涡轴发动机空中启动过程中出现的转速热悬挂现象进行了分析,给出了启动过程热悬挂的原因是由于突遇紊流导致启动油气比突升,进而压气机失速所造成的。对比试验关键参数,验证了分析的正确性,为同类问题出现时的分析决策提供了参考。
Through the analysis of the thermal suspension of the speed during the air start of a turboshaft engine, the reason of the thermal suspension in the start-up process is given as a result of sudden turbulence caused by the sudden rise of the start-up ratio of gas and oil and the compressor stall. Compared with the key parameters of the test, the correctness of the analysis is verified, which provides a reference for the analysis and decision-making when similar problems occur.
