本文视U形壳槽为一薄壁空间连续体,将其简化为有限条折板的棱柱形壳来进行内力与应力分析,故又称折扳分析法。本文根据静力平衡条件、变形相容条件及广义虎克定律,推导出带拉杆U形壳槽纵、横向内力与应力的计算式。并编写了电算程片。计算成果表明,本法比常用的梁法合理,特别用本法计算中长壳槽的横向应力比梁法显著减小,可节省工程量与与造价,具有一定的经济效益。本法计算成果还得到结构应力试验的验证,说明计算方法是合理的,可以推广应用。
This paper regards the U-shaped shell groove as a thin-walled space continuum, which is reduced to a prism-shaped shell with a limited number of folding plates for internal force and stress analysis. In this paper, according to the static equilibrium conditions, deformation compatibility conditions and general Hooke’s law, the calculation formulas of the longitudinal and lateral internal forces and stresses of the U-shaped shell groove are derived. And prepared a computer program. The calculation results show that this method is more reasonable than the commonly used beam method, especially the calculation of the longitudinal stress in the shell groove is significantly less than the beam method, which can save the engineering cost and the construction cost, and has certain economic benefits. The calculation results of this method have also been verified by structural stress tests, indicating that the calculation method is reasonable and can be applied widely.
