1932年,美国植物学家先顿获得了制作蘑菇谷粒菌种的专利,到50年代,国外已广泛采用。70年代,国内开始试制谷粒菌种,但因原料来源的限制和制作技术没过关,未能在生产上推广应用。在前人工作的基础上,我们于1979年对蘑菇谷粒菌种继续进行研究和扩大示范试验;到1982年,这项技术措施已在全省蘑菇产区推广普及,有力地促进我省蘑菇事业的发展。一、试验材料和方法供试菌种双孢蘑菇“5.150”菌株——日本品系复壮菌株,属半匐匍型或匐匍菌丝型;“梅农”菌株——法国品系复壮菌株,属气生菌丝型。培养基组成谷粒种子(小麦、稻谷、高梁,无虫蛀霉变),氧化钙(建筑用),碳酸钙(工业用),牛粪粉(晒干粉碎),谷壳。
