为探讨HSP70高表达与细胞热耐力的关系 ,用硫酸镉诱导细胞HSP70高表达 ;RT -PCR检测HSP70mRNA水平 ;观察HSP70水平对细胞热耐力的影响。结果 :硫酸镉作用于细胞 1h后 ,细胞的HSP70水平显著增高 ,HSP70水平高的细胞其热耐力明显强于HSP70水平低的细胞组 ;HSP70水平于细胞热耐力间正相关。结论 :化学因素诱导的HSP70表达增高可以保护热暴露细胞 ,提高细胞热耐力。 In order to investigate the relationship between HSP70 overexpression and cell thermal endurance, high expression of HSP70 was induced by cadmium sulfate, the level of HSP70 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR and the effect of HSP70 on cell thermal endurance. Results: After treated with cadmium sulfate for 1 hour, the cell HSP70 level was significantly increased. The cells with high HSP70 level had stronger heat tolerance than the cells with low HSP70 level. The HSP70 level was positively correlated with cell heat endurance. Conclusion: The increase of HSP70 induced by chemical factors can protect the heat-exposed cells and increase the heat tolerance of cells.
