甘草悬浮细胞中异甘草素的检测与总黄酮的活性分析

用高效液相色谱法测定悬浮培养的乌拉尔甘草细胞中异甘草素的含量,采用Thermo Ultimate 3000色谱工作站,Acclaim~(Tm)120 C_(18)120~0A色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),甲醇∶水=60∶40为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长360nm,柱温25℃。同时对甘草细胞总黄酮提取物进行抗氧化活性与抑菌性检测,探析离体悬浮培养甘草细胞合成的黄酮类化合物的药理活性,为甘草细胞培养的产业化应用提供实验基础。 The contents of isoliquiritigenin in Ural licorice cells suspended in suspension were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) on a Thermo Ultimate 3000 chromatography workstation (Accraim ~ (Tm) 120 C 18 120 ~ OA column 4.6 mm × 250 mm, ), Methanol: water = 60:40 as mobile phase, flow rate 1.0 ml / min, detection wavelength 360nm, column temperature 25 ℃.
