针对防洪调度方案生成为调度中的难点,以大伙房水库为例,结合调度实践经验,构建了基于模糊推理的水库防洪调度模型,研究了基于综合信息的水库防洪调度方式,通过不同频率设计洪水模拟调度,制定了基于未来24 h降雨预报、净雨预报、水库实时水位等面临时刻综合信息的模糊推理规则。模拟结果表明,该方案合理可行,为决策者提供了依据。
Aiming at the difficulties in the generation of flood control schedule as a scheduling problem, taking Dahuofang Reservoir as an example, a flood control dispatching model based on fuzzy reasoning is constructed based on fuzzy inference. The flood control dispatching mode based on comprehensive information is studied, Simulation scheduling, developed based on the next 24 h rainfall forecast, net forecast, reservoir real-time water level and other time-facing comprehensive information fuzzy inference rules. The simulation results show that the scheme is reasonable and feasible and provides the basis for decision makers.
