后发性白内障是白内障嚢外摘除联合人工晶体植入术后最常见的并发症,也是白内障患者术后视力下降的主要原因。残留晶状体上皮细胞增殖是后发性白内障发生的主要原因。Pl3K-AKT-mTOR信号通路在细胞增殖、分化和蛋白合成过程发挥重要作用,与多种疾病关系密切。本文就Pl3K-AKT-mTOR信号通路在后发性白内障中作用的研究进展作一综述。
Posterior cataract is the most common complication after extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation, which is also the main reason for the decreased visual acuity after cataract surgery. Proliferation of residual lens epithelial cells is the main cause of secondary cataract. Pl3K-AKT-mTOR signaling pathway plays an important role in cell proliferation, differentiation and protein synthesis, and is closely related to various diseases. This article reviews the research progress of the role of Pl3K-AKT-mTOR signaling pathway in the development of posterior capsular cataract.
