目的 :建立同时测定复方鱼腥草片中绿原酸、连翘苷、黄芩苷的反相高效液相色谱方法。方法 :采用PhenomenexODS柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm) ,乙腈 - 0 .0 0 2 %磷酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱 ,流速为 1.0ml min-1,检测波长为 2 80nm。结果 :绿原酸在 0 .5 4~ 4 .4 7μg范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9991) ,平均回收率为 98.9% (n =3) ;黄芩苷在 0 .32~ 2 .6 7μg范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9991) ,平均回收率为 97.3% (n =3) ;连翘苷在 0 .37~ 3.0 7μg范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9993) ,平均回收率为 97.5 % (n =3)。结论 :本方法专属性强 ,准确、快速 ,适用于复方鱼腥草片的质量控制
Objective : To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, forsythin and baicalin in compound Houttuynia herb tablets. METHODS: A Phenomenex ODS column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. Acetonitrile-0.02% phosphoric acid solution was used as the mobile phase gradient. The flow rate was 1.0 ml min-1 and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. RESULTS: The linearity of chlorogenic acid in the range of 0.54-44.7μg (r=0.9991), the average recovery rate was 98.9% (n = 3), and the baicalin ranged from 0.32 to 2.6. The linearity was good in the range of 7μg (r = 0.999), the average recovery was 97.3% (n = 3); the linear relationship of forsythin in the range of 0.37 ~ 3.07μg was good (r = 0.993). The recovery rate was 97.5 % (n = 3). Conclusion : This method is highly specific, accurate and rapid and is applicable to the quality control of compound Houttuynia herb tablets.
