目的:研究分析西药与其制剂在临床应用的常见风险,探讨有效的规避措施。方法:选择2012年4月~2014年4月期间临床上发生的西药与其制剂差错案例进行分析,详细找出导致差错的原因,对风险进行探讨。在2014年5月~2016年5月期间,将风险管理应用在西药与其制剂应用中,对两个时间段的西药与其制剂出现的差错和风险进行比较。结果:2014年5月~2016年5月期间每年平均发生的风险事故次数为(12.52±2.33)次,2012年4月~2014年4月期间每年平均发生的风险事故次数为(39.21±1.52)次,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过强化风险管理,结合西药与其制剂在临床应用中出现的问题进行强化,利于保证西药的安全使用。
Objective: To study and analyze the common risks of western medicine and its preparation in clinical application and to explore effective measures to avoid it. Methods: The clinical cases of western medicine and its preparations from April 2012 to April 2014 were analyzed. The causes of the errors and the risks were discussed in detail. From May 2014 to May 2016, risk management was applied to Western medicine and its formulation applications to compare the errors and risks of Western medicine and its preparations in two time periods. Results: The average annual number of risk accidents occurred between May 2014 and May 2016 was (12.52 ± 2.33) times. The average annual number of risk accidents between April 2012 and April 2014 was (39.21 ± 1.52) Times, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: By strengthening the risk management and combining with the problems arising from the clinical application of western medicine and its preparations, it is helpful to ensure the safe use of western medicine.
