信访工作中,信访工作者经常面对形形色色的信访人和信访诉求。要使信访人有怨而来、满意而归,真正息诉罢访,需要我们做大量以理服人、以情感人、以德化人的工作。总结信访工作实践的经验,对信访人的心理加以探索和研究,分析不同信访诉求的心理特点,并采取有针对性的应对措施,对我们有效开展信访工作具有重要价值。
In the work of letters and visits, letters and visits workers often face a wide range of petitioners and petitions. To make petitioners complain, come back satisfactorily, the real interest rate vindication calls for us to do a great deal of reason to serve, to sentiment, and to deify people’s work. Summarizing the experience of the petition work, exploring and researching the petitioner’s psychology, analyzing the psychological characteristics of petitioners and taking targeted measures, it is of great value to us in effectively carrying out the petition work.
