肿瘤外科的切除和修复是矛盾的统一,没有切除就无谓修复,成功而有效的修复不仅大大地减轻了病人苦痛,也促进了对肿瘤更广泛更彻底的切除。 以中线为基蒂的胸三角皮瓣(Deltopectoral flap)是用于头颈修复的最大皮瓣,它自1965年Bakamjian报告以来,国外已广泛使用[3,5,6],但国内文献乃少见使用报告,1979.10～1981.10月,我们共使用胸三角皮瓣10例,皆为癌瘤根治术后大面积缺损的修复,9例用于头颈颌面部,1例用于胸腹部。本文总结其经验并结合文献对胸三角皮瓣的应用进行讨论。
